• Grade 12
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, power point and Outlook)
• Experience in a FMCG environment will be advantageous

• Tracking and placing of deals timeously
• Filing of all promotional claims
• Monitoring of all orders on the system
• Releasing and monitoring of all credit stop orders
• Managing of all suspended orders on the system
• Update and keep a record of the channel manager spend
• Update and keep records of the promotional claims scheduled.
• Double check order and make sure that all volume deals are correct.
• Capture Head Office orders and assist the Sales team with orders and deals.
